I haven't posted so much on SP since 2013 "life" has been in full swing. main change has been I had wls I had the sleeve done in Oct. of 2014 i still have some to lose about 30lbs and I've lost 80 with a regain of 5.

things i have learned.

wls is not the key its a tool same as sp or anything else, regain is very real this life is the same it comes down to choices. (period)

Thanks for the tip on the FitBit. I still haven't set mine up. It's on my list of To Do's for the day. I appreciate you thinking of me and taking the time to write. That was awfully sweet of you and I probably wouldn't have caught on to that at all. I will definitely check on that now. Thanks again!
