You've definitely kept your weight off longer than me. For a while, I was only checking my acct once per month for the last two years. I'm picking up my velocity though. I'm going to be spending more time on here blogging and I'm going to go through the Team challenges list and try to complete them all, because I never have. Weight loss is needed for me but more than anything I just want to be more tuned into healthy choices hoping that the choices I make will have positive results.

You know, my daughter has a tracker but it does not sync with ours. Oh well. My little granddaughter(7) is making her steps-w/o a fitbit of course. My older granddaughter has one but it won't sync with her computer. You know I should get one for Erik, the way he walks around the hospital 4X weekly he might be doing pretty well himself.
I know you can hit 4 million. I had 5 million steps -- close to 6 million actually and was surprised that the average wasn't even a million. I know my dog walks have a lot to do with that. I wonder how many million steps Molly achieved in 2015.
Maybe I should put the Flex on her now that I have the Charge HR. 240 days ago
