    Well here it is 4 years later. I met my goal early back in 2013 and kept my weight down until January of last year. A car crashed through a plated glass window and hit the back of the waiting room chair I was sitting in at my grandson's pediatrician office. I went to months of therapy and felt like needed more, but I was working 2 jobs at the time and had to give the therapy up. Long story short I picked up all of what I lost and some more. I've been trying to get back on track for the last 2 years but I would always quit to do stress and of course now I have medical issue since the wreck with my back and knees. And do to the weight gain and my poor habits I've also developed high blood pressure. And I could go on. But here I am again. Today is my last day of the 21 day Daniel Fast I was on. I have to thank my husband. He went on it with me, to help me succeed. And it worked. I thank God for him. I was laid off my job on February 28th. I loved the job ...And I've missed it everyday since. But I am going to take this time and try to get my health back in order if God is willing. I am going through some other things, but I know if I lose some weight it has to help. I am 10lbs down since I started the Daniel Fast. That's about what I lost the first time I went on the fast. So here we go. I've set my goals in SparkPeople and have began tracking my food. And will also tracking my exercise. So wish me luck and say prayers for me, for those of you that do. I'm looking to forward to getting healthier again. emoticon of sparking again

    As of March 17, 2013, my plan is to lose 25lbs by the end of June. I know I need to pump it up a notch if I am going to make it. I have a plan of action but have not fully implemented it. I am calorie shifting as well as choosing 2 high protein low carb days a week. (50 carbs max) combined with exercise. I am doing well with the calorie shifting, but have not yet incorporated the low carb days and started a regular exercise regimen. Having trouble getting started. I have lost 8lbs so far but at a standstill. I know the exercise will boost it. But as I said, a little trouble getting started. emoticon
