    Today was hard without you...It was arm day...strength train- BLAH! Arms (with weights) and legs are my least favorites. I love doing core and cardio...     I'm excited to finally take a HUGE step in changing my lifestyle. Exercise has never been that big of a struggle. It has always been a part of my life (sometimes off and on, but always there). Eating healthy is a scary step as well as an exciting one. I am glad I will have you there pushing me and helping me do this! It is going to be hard, so I am asking you to be kind and patient.     I realllllyyyyy want to make it to -10 by the end of November. Exercising every day isn't the issue right now...it's the eating bit. I need to gain control, but I'm having such a hard time. God I hope we make it to our goal...I'm starting to get a bit down hearted about the whole thing...today was not a good food day for me....

    Thank you for jumping back in and helping me get my motivation back. I really like having someone to help me along on my journey. You know how bad I have wanted this and I couldn't continue without you. We may have gotten back into our old ways and set back a bit, but I know we can come back stronger. If we keep pushing each other I know we will me our short term goal of losing at least 10 pounds by the end of November. emoticon
