-fit comfortably into the clothes in my closet by Back to School time.
-be consistent about exercising and eating healthy
Long term goal
-lose 20 pounds by Labor Day 2012
-develop a lifestyle of healthy eating and exercising

My Program:
Drinking 64-80 oz of water daily
Planning and preparing meals ahead of time
Portion and calorie conscious
Eating more whole grains and reducing processed foods
Eating 5-6 times a day
Exercising a minimum of 30 minutes daily, 5-6 times a week
