My story is like most people who manage to gain as much weight as I have. You name it, I've tried it (twice). :) The only difference is, I can't say that nothing worked. The fact is - they've all worked in some form or fashion. I just couldn't stick to them for the long haul. Why is this time different? This time it's bigger than me. This time there is no option but success. This time is the LAST time.

Fitness Minutes: 525

My Goals:
My key goal is: A permanent lifestyle change. This needs to be all encompassing. Everything has to change - eating, exercise, coping skills, you name it. It's time to get reacquainted with the fit, healthy, slimmer me. (Where you been hidin' chile!)

Extended Goal: 20lbs by 2/28/08 (340lbs)


My Program:
A little bit of everything. I work out at least 3 times a week. Personal trainer twice a week for Pilates and Aquatic Weight Training. Other workouts include: strength, cardio, swimming laps, aqua aerobics, soul line dancing, walking, aerobic/cross-training classes. I'm watching my eating and becoming more conscious of my food triggers.

9/17/07: Add another day of cardio (done)
Holiday 07: DON'T GAIN!!!
01/08: Reduce trainer to 1x a week. Continue workouts on my own.



Personal Information:
I'm natively a philly girl but have been living in Southern NJ for the last 10 years. I like it here - the best of both worlds (peace and quiet with hustle & bustle close by).
