    Thanks for the comment on my blog. I did force myself to make it to the gym while son was at tudor's house for 30 min on eleptical. It was not the full hour class but better than nothing.

    It's a lot easier if you come to the site every day. Keep up with your food tracking (and stay within the limits). Join the 10 minute per day group and start a streak to see how many days you can continue to exercise. Finally, commit to writing a blog per day... it will help keep you going, at least it did for me.
