My Goals:
To build a healthy/consistent lifestyle. I have a goal to be 180 lbs by 6/1/2008. My ultimate goal (which I will try my best to reach) is to be 165 lbs. by 11/08.


My Program:
I am completely kicking out pop, except for a can of diet here and there to keep me balanced when cravings arise. Working out 4-5 days weekly by taking in 8- 8 oz of water daily. Oh, and NO, NO, NO fast food.
