My Training Goals and Results
As of today October 9, 2011..Thanksgiving weekend, I have lots to be thankfull for. My weight is now 201 lbs I have lost 47 lbs since March 1, 20011 when I began my 7 month fitness plan. Yee Haw!

My Goals:
I have lost 40 lbs since March 2011 and it's September now. I am on the right track of eating healthier and exercising daily.
My Program:
I am dividing my workout into upper and lower body workouts with Monday/upper and Tuesday/lower. Wednesday is core; Thursday is straight cardio; and Friday is total body workout with upper/lower/core.
