Staying in shape is HARD work and can often get very discouraging, but stay the course, the payoffs FAR out way the setbacks. One of my fitness goals was to become a fitness instructor and I did and I love it. It is very rewarding for me.

If you live in the Atlanta area and are a member of LA Fitness, check out some of my classes. I promise you will REALLY get your workout on and have a great time doing it.

Sunday: Body Sculpting

Monday: Low Impact Cardio (Cycling)

Tuesday: Step Class (Gravitron for Upperbody)

Wednesday: Cardio Kickboxing

Thursday: Body Sculpting

Friday: REST

Personal Information:
I used to weight over 250 pounds, then between September 2003 and December 2004 I lost 116 pounds. I have an emotionally up and down 2006-2007, hence gaining about 40 pounds:-(. Although I am a champion at working out, food is a constant struggle. I work out 5-6 days per week (teaching my own class 4 of those days). But the junk food...it's always calling.

Other Information:
I am a fitness instruction for LA Fitness in Atlanta,GA. I am also a theatre professor at a local college. Additionally I work as a freelance Production and Stage Manager for Theatre
