lots of weight and done with it !

I have at 100 -110 lbs to lose ! and i'm going to do it asap i don't want to waste my 30 as i did my 20s i'm turning 30 in DEC i would love to have most of my goal accomplished by then, but that's probably wishful thinking i will put a dent in it !good luck and healthy living!im 29 ,2 kiddos boy 9 girl 4.married 10 years to a wonderfull man and my bestfriend .

Remember baby steps help change habits. Take pride in small accomplishments like ten minutes of fitness, tracking food that day, or eating more fruits and veggies than usual. You can do this!
