Though you can't tell from my picture, I'm a pretty active person into tennis, capoeira and cycling. Unfortunately I liked to eat as well. Hitting my max weight of 205 put some serious restrictions on how competitive I can be, and how long I can train.

Low carb diet + calorie counting... ideally plan to have a net of -3500 cals per week (cals consumed - fitness cals burned)

exercise is mainly tennis and capoeira for 90+ minutes, 4-6x week (~5-6k cals burned)
