Hey My name is Danielle I've been working at losing weight and getting healthy for about a year and a half now. I had lap band surgery on July 27th 2010, before the surgery I lost 33 pounds independently using this site. Since the surgery using this site with the band I've lost 21. I need to still lose about 70 pounds. I need to work on myself, my eating habits , my exercise habits, and hopefully reverse or get under control some of my health problems. I believe it all happens for a reason and everything has a silver lining. You just need to open your eyes to truly see it.

My starting weight on december 25th 2008 was 283.8 pounds my weight the day of my surgery was 250.2 and my weight as of today is 229.3
my goals are to lose at least 2 pounds a week to maintain healthy standards and to mark off when I hit every percent mart starting at 5%

25% lose 55 pounds 174

30% lose 66 pounds 163
