Hello One and All, I think I have found the last piece of the puzzle I need to finally lose the gut. I have found a exercise program I love but I found this site to be exactly what I need to keep track of my food intake as well. Looking forward to the journey!

My Goals:
I want to go from 270 to about 210. I am now at 180 Next: I want to get to 173 Run a 5K. I did run one in 34 minutes Next: 30 minutes Join a league sport: I play summer soccer 6v6, Next: Play winter too
My Program:
6 days a week cardio. Strength 3 times a week. Walk/Swim/Sports randomly with the kids. Lastly tracking my diet and other goals on Spark on a daily basis.

I am married and we have 4 kids. I work as an onsite Network Technician. I am also an Independant Beachbody Coach
