Hi, I am from Ann Arbor Michigan. I have been married to Clyde for 15 wonderful years. I am a mother to 3 beautiful daughters and grandmother to Danny and Grace. I started dieting when I was 12 years old and have been gaining and loosing weight for the rest of my life. My Goals:
1. By 1/1/2015 I have reached my goal weight of 115#.
2. By 1/1/2015 I am fitting comfortably in a size 10.
3. By 1/1/2015 I am able to join the intermediate yoga class
4. By 4/15/2015 I am able to walk a 5K

My Program:
1. track meals using Spark People daily
2. Walk with pups 6 days a week
3. yoga 1Xweek
4. Take probiotic and fish oil daily
5. Eat slowly to 80% full
6. Eat 5 vegetables daily
7. Eat lean protein with each meal
8. Eat healthy carbs with each meal
9 Drink only calorie free beverages

I am a nurse and a occupational therapist. I enjoy jewelry making. I like working with stone and wire. I also like gardening and am working on establishing a natural garden. I enjoy reading historic novels. My husband and I enjoy traveling with our motor home.

I WANT TO FINALLY BE COMFORTABLE EATING GOOD FOODS!!!
1. Look better and feel more attractive

Hi Diana - thinking of you and wishing you a Happy New Year!

Our trip to AZ has been delayed this year. On Dec. 3rd my hubby has a heart attack followed by Quadruple Bypass Surgery. He is recovering remarkably well (Praise the Lord) so we are hoping to leave for AZ around the beginning of Feb.

I trust all is well with you - drop me a note when you get time and catch me up on you.
