    Well weighed myself at work today and I only lost less than a pound in a weeks time. I try weighing at work each Wednesday. They have the good electronic scales. I have lost a total of 6.3 lbs in three weeks. Still was feeling a little bummed about my small weight loss this week-especially since I've been walking on this damn treadmill. Oh well. I'm not giving up!

    saw your post on another page...here is an idea that works very well for me. When I eat out, I have them bring a take out box with my meal and before I take the first bite, I cut the portion in half, put it in the box, close the lid and then I begin my meal. The cool thing about it I then have lunch for the next day and walk away feeling really disaplined and proud of myself for having a reasonable portion.

    I know with Weight Watchers, if you didn't eat enough points, you wouldn't lose as much weight. Keep eating all the vegetable. Make yourself a raw veggie salad or a big pot of vegetable soup. Try to hit the grocery store when they mark down their fresh vegetables. If you eat them right away, they are still good. But remember no weight loss is better than weight gain!

    Hey I figured it out. Dad and I took xmas money and got a treadmill. Exercising outside wasn't happening. Figure my bathroom remodel can wait a few more months.
