IF YOU DON'T FIRST SUCCEED, TRY TRY AGAIN

I have been playing the "lose weight game" off and on for years.
It's time to get serious and with all the help on this site I can't see how I can't not lose.

Thank you so much for your kind words on my blog today! It's been over three weeks since I wrote that entry, and I'm still on track and seeing results. I appreciate your encouragement--all the best with your goals here at SP!

Thank you so much for the sparkmail and the comment about losing weight. It is slow in coming off but my shape is definitely changing with doing the elliptical, strength training , & working with kettlebell under a certified Russian kettlebell instructor. It's hard work but the pay off is great. Thank you once again! Have a great spark week! emoticon emoticon

Congratulations on your holidays! I hope you have a great time.

Sparks has some great articles giving advice on how to deal with emotional eating issues. I think the important thing is to learn the balance between being firm with yourself (no excuses) while still being patient with yourself and recognizing that we are all human and aren't perfect. It takes time and trial and error to learn how to put what you read into practice.

You can do this!!!
