dbcooper - doin' it now!

Hello - I have been changing habits and moving forward since September. I am movin' forward and doing this for myself. One of the areas that I stubble with is working out everyday. Why is this so hard. I look at life with a I CAN DO IT attitude, but find it difficult to do that in this area. Hmmm - I wonder what that says. I love Spark People and find it very helpful. I have dropped 28 lbs. and 16 3/4 in. - I WILL SUCCEED.

I started the year out great - I have lost my motiviation - holp.
I find the food tracking to be difficult - although I have tried to listen to the video a couple of times, I just can't get it to work for me. :) I will keep on trying.
