a new me

I haven,t done so well these past few month,s since the hollidays started. now a new year i see my self doing better, watch my intake & do my exersizes, stay more motivated. take 30 minutes of relaxing time after work, instead off heading to the frig. I,M GOING TO FOCUS ON ME..

goal is to get down to 140 & not having to buy larger clothes and feel better about myself, to have more confidence the way about the way I look and have more self esteem.

My Program:
to accomplish this by walking 30 minutes a day & 15 minutes biking, treadmill, strenght trainging.
