Thanks for the encouragement. I was actually hungry, not with the urge to munch and not hungry. I think its because I didn't eat until dinner time. I had already had what I felt was a large dinner and popcorn about an hour afterwords, so when I still felt hungry I just drank a lot of water. Not the healthiest thing since that's going back to old habits of not intentionally starving myself, but I'm trying to break the habit of eating and munching at night.
