My Goals:
To shop in the misses dept size 12-14 would be good. To look as good as my daughter does now. ( She is about 20 lbs more than what she was, this is after 2 mos of sparkpeople.) I'm happy to have lost what I have in the past 2 years (43 lbs). I hope to ski this winter. I took 1 lesson before my weight loss kept falling and injured my knee (miniscus injury). Working on getting in shape for that.

My Program:
Watch what I eat. NO DIETING-HEALTHY EATING. No eating out. Exercise. Turn things over to God that I can't control.

Thanks for the comment.... I'm working hard at this just walked 3 miles this morning as it is my day off.....later today I will go to the gym and work out as I go there 6 days a week.....now I'm just lossing inches and putting on muscle....since I started dieting and working out I have lost 20 inches off the waist.... got a long ways to go but I'm having a lot of fun doing it...... thanks again
