I've been okay. I've lost 10 pounds now! I hit a little lull with my exercise, lack of motivation, but I've been doing it anyway. I joined the sparkguy's 10 minute challenge and that really has helped me get motivated to do something everyday. I lost my gym partner, so now I go on my own. I tend to workout at home more with my husband's encouragement instead, so it's not all that bad. Just plugging away. 3752 days ago
I had a tough weekend too. I had two partiest to go to. I tried, but went over my calorie limit each night. But I did exercise on Sunday walking my dog and running on the treadmill. So that helped. Back on track yesterday, I'm supposed to plan my meals on the tracker this week. I don't like doing that. I plan them each day, but putting everything in the tracker beforehand doesn't work for me. Just making the right choices when I plan is better and adding what I eat afterwards is the way I like to do it.
As for graduation, I just found out that I will be graduating in the fall. I just can't finish everything by the deadlines in summer. Not really a big deal, but I just want to finish. Then I have to find a job. 3772 days ago
I know how you feel. I have been doing this for a month and have only lost a few pounds since my first weigh in. But like you, I'm sure my exercising is helping with muscle development. I'm getting other benefits too; I have more energy; I can get up in the morning without a problem; and I like to exercise now. My habits have changed and that's a good result so far.
