My Goals:
In the short term, I want to get my BMI down to 35 by May 1st. after that, i want to get off Blood Pressure medicationa and drop another 60 pounds.

My Program:
I am monitoring my calory intake while watching any carbs that don't actually benefit health. Veggies and oat bran, groats are fine, but anything white is considered a cheat!
My goal is 60 minutes of cardio every day, except Sunday I take off. And weight lifting or resistance 3 times/week.
