I have been battling weight issues for most of my life and I am ready for a change. I mostly would like to change for my family. One of my children has become victim to my bad and unhealthy eating. He is also struggling with weight problems. I have tried the South Beach Diet last year and I was successful for the 3 months I tried it. However, I have gained what I lost plus gained more. I am just ready for a change for myself and my family. I need lots of support and motivation.
