How did your week go? I did not get in as much exercise as planned, only 2 true workouts, and 1 day walking/shopping last week. I promise to get in 4-5 workouts this weekend: Monday - 5:15 am Turbo Fire, Tuesday - 5:45 pm Zumba, Wednesday - 5:30 pm Zumba, Thursday - 5:15 am Turbo Fire, Friday - 5:15 am Turbo Fire. I would like to get in a 5:45 pm Body Pump class on Monday evening, too - but it truly depends on how my Monday at work goes...no promises there.

When are you scheduling your workouts this week? Any new healthy recipes to recommend?

Yeah being active on here is SO important when we're trying to stay motivated and stay on track with reaching our goals. I definitely made it a mission to be more active on here!
