Thank you for commenting on my blog (I feel like a complete failure...)! Your support is greatly appreciated - the main reason I returned to Spark was the community.

I too enjoy walking, I agree - it is ME time - unfortunately I injured my foot (tendonitis) and have not been able to walk as much waiting for it to heal but I hope to be back out there soon!
