To complete my weight loss goal no matter what life throws at me. Although some things may slow me down, or life may hit me with harsh obstacles; I will jump right back on the path if ever I stray or even fall from the path of eating healthy.
I try to workout three times a week or more. I have been counting calories, and meal planning better. I read about health, and diet. I don't let people convince me into eating stuff I shouldn't.
I drink only water, and a lot of it.
