My Goals:
My goals are to have a healthier lifestyle. I am trying to prepare for old age. I saw how difficult it was for my mother. She was ill and overweight. It made her final years very difficult. I want to avoid that. As for today, I want to move easier, with less pain (I have a back injury - the weight is not helping!), and yes, look better in a bathing suit!

My Program:
Track my food daily and tweak it for good nutrition, as needed. Exercise regularly - cardio and strength training 3x per week, increasing frequency over time. Check in with my Spark buddy a few times a week to keep me in line. :) Live in the present and enjoy life!

Personal Information:
I am a 49 (gasp!) year old woman. I recently moved from the Adirondack Mts of NY to the desert of Las Vegas NV! I have 2 wonderful grown children, a very supportive hubby, a cute little doxie and a 1 granddog!

Other Information:
I am a compulsive eater and flour addict. I am a member of Overeaters Anonymous, a twelve step program for people who have a problem with food. I currently do not eat flour or eat compulsively!~~~~~~~

Welcome to The Chair Exercise Team !!!
We are an active and friendly team and love our exercise .. we not only cater for disabilities, a lot of our members just love the chair exercise and the camaraderie of this team.
We are here to help you to realise your dream of fitness and health in fact, we encourage exercise of some sort or another.
This help to keep the heart rate up and the blood flowing through our bodies.
We also encourage our members to look after their Nutrition.

Use the site daily and be consistent with your food tracking and exercise. Read the articles for information. Read member blogs for motivation and encouragement.

This is a fabulous site and if you rely on it daily and remain consistent with your program, you will achieve your goals.
