My Goals:
My goals are to have a healthier lifestyle. I am trying to prepare for old age. I saw how difficult it was for my mother. She was ill and overweight. It made her final years very difficult. I want to avoid that. As for today, I want to move easier, with less pain (I have a back injury - the weight is not helping!), and yes, look better in a bathing suit!
My Program:
Track my food daily and tweak it for good nutrition, as needed. Exercise regularly - cardio and strength training 3x per week, increasing frequency over time. Check in with my Spark buddy a few times a week to keep me in line. :) Live in the present and enjoy life!
Personal Information:
I am a 49 (gasp!) year old woman. I recently moved from the Adirondack Mts of NY to the desert of Las Vegas NV! I have 2 wonderful grown children, a very supportive hubby, a cute little doxie and a 1 granddog!
Other Information:
I am a compulsive eater and flour addict. I am a member of Overeaters Anonymous, a twelve step program for people who have a problem with food. I currently do not eat flour or eat compulsively!~~~~~~~ My rewards (Thanks Spark friend for the idea!) 194 - new purse 185 - pedicure 175 - motorcycle jacket 164 - massage
