My weight also skyrocketed during this time. When the most recent diagnoses came in, I made certain I didn't want to end up like most of my family.

Sixteen months later, I am now doing advanced workouts I never thought I could do before. My weight training is also getting more advanced, and I had to go out and obtain much heavier dumbbells. I'm hoping to bust through the plateau I've been in, and so far I have lost another 3 pounds, for a total of 73 pounds lost.

My Goals:
I am currently within 2 pounds of my previous goal, and plan on getting into the lower range of my ideal weight by New Year's Eve 2009. I have about 22 pounds to go to get in that range.

My Program:
I have revamped my entire workout routine over the past couple weeks. I started doing Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred, and am adding on more advanced workouts. Kendell Hogan is also another one of my favorite trainers, as well as Gilad. Jillian's workouts are great for anyone looking to move on and grow in their fitness.
