Stacey has added me as a co-leader to help with our New Challenge. It will be a mini Jumpstart Challenge, and it will begin Wednesday, June 1st.
Every Wednesday I will send out a Spark Goodie to each member of our Team who participates. One goodie for every 5 pounds we lose as a TEAM. Meaning, we'll get a goodie no matter what our weigh-in is -- as long as the total pounds lost for the team is 5!! Each pound we lose as individuals will add to the Team's Total. Who knows, maybe some weeks we'll get more than one 5 pound goodie!!
Each week in June will follow a different theme to help Jumpstart our Summer Weight Loss.
T - Tracking - Week 1 (June 1 - 7) E - Exercise - Week 2 (June 8 - 14) A - Attitude - Week 3 (June 15 - 21) M - Motivation - Week 4 (June 22 - 28)
We'll work on Tracking our Food the first week of our Mini Challenge. Spark People has updated the Nutrition Tracker, and it is much more user friendly now! WooHoo!
Our First Weigh-in will be Wednesday, June 1st (or as close to that date as possible for those of us with different weekly weigh-ins.)
Our Final Weigh-in will be Wednesday, June 29th (or Thursday June 30th in case anyone's a day late, lol)
I'm excited to start this New Challenge. I know I do a lot better while participating in a Team Effort!
