Hi, DAVONA. I see the message you are referring to now. Hmmm...you hate to eat? You will have to eat....not eating can actually do more harm than good (there are several good articles here on Sparkpeople about that). You can actually gain weight by not eating enough calories, because your body will think it's starving and start to store fat. It is very good to drink a lot of water. I drink it most of the day (but I love coffee and will not give that up). I eat three full meals a day, plus several snacks in between. What can I do to help you out?
