My Goals:
My goal is cut down on my sweet intake. I have a very sweet tooth, I can not eat without dessert and i have to have 3 spoons of sugar in my tea.
My ultmate goal is to always now have a dfruit for dessert and only 1 sugar in my tea if any..

My Program:
To achieve my weight target and mantain it.
I workout on the Glider for 30 minutes 5 times a week.
Do sit-ups in the morning and i also try to consume recommended daily intake of only 1200-1500 cals.
