Keep fighting; Keep pushing; Remember "Go hard or go home!"

Just like most of the people here, I have been battling an eating disorder for a long time. I love food! I love to eat! I absolutely love chocolate and sweets like cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and candy bars. I also enjoy veggies and fruit but the cutting and preparing them is one of the reasons for my addiction. It is much easier to grab the processed food already prepared. I have been doing a lot of research and deep down I know I can lose the weight and keep it off. I have a beautful young ...

I have a beautful young family including a husband, a 4 year old son and a 1 year old daughter who motivate me to become healthy and strong. I look forward to spark people and meeting people to become friends and motivators. so... Here's to a new year and to a new me!

My Program:
Staying within my caloric intake spark people suggested so 1200 to 1500 and interval walking and running on treadmill for 35 mins and walking up hill on treadmill for 25 mins 4 days a week
