Life was meant to be enjoyed, not suffered through!

I finally realise its not that I want to lose weight, its that its about time I was allowed to enjoy life.

That starts...now!

You are too sweet. Yes, I'd love for you to send me some recipe ideas... trying to figure out what to eat is the hardest part sometimes. Having the right food available is the other hard part and actually doing it is the final piece of the puzzle. Tomorrow starts Lent in my Catholic faith, which is our season of self reflection in effort to be a better person for the ONE who gave us everything.
I am so thrilled for you and your positive outlook on life now!!!

LOL - a monstrous brownie! (Though my youngest brother once shared most of a pan of brownies with our dog at the time - they were both pretty young. Didn't hurt the dog, despite vets saying chocolate is deadly for some dogs.)
