If you happent to see a double print of a young couple that's our middle child, Linda and her husband Denton. Got it on by mistake.

5/11 - I just spent 30 minutes giving you information on walking poles and pain clinic info -- and then I lost it -- I will add it another time.
If someone wants it now, let me know and I will get it added : )

My Goals:
1 - lose 36 pounds (3 pounds a month) by 4/7/08, our 45th
anniversary.

2 - is to quit nibbling constantly - this is where the calories really add up for me.

3 - stick to the no flour, no sugar method Dr. Gotth promotes.

My Program:
Starting 4/4/07 I will strive to stay withing a goal of 1500 calories.
I am going back on a adequate protein way of eating, and limited carbs from pasta and breads, cereals. I lost about 30 pounds 5 years ago eating this way.

Personal Information:
I've always been well-rounded. I can remember in 1948 when I family was at the state capitol in Missouri and there was a scale - weight for 1 cent - as a 12 year old I weighed about 155 lbs. All through high school I was in the low 170's. I lost some weight after college and was about 145 when I got married 44 years ago. Right now I weigh more than I ever have!

Other Information:
I'm hooked on the computer, I enjoy reading (mostly Christian based novels) for my own enjoyment. I do knit, have enjoyed sewing, and would love to do more cooking - especially baking but that is very limited!

Hi Bev,
Thanks for checking in..all is well with me, we just did our Relay for Life Walk , it was a very cold night, and we all froze but we made it to the morning. The event raised $92,000.00 for cancer and it was a small town that hosted the Relay. So we are all very pleased. I have hit a brick wall with my weight loss, I am at a stand still. In the summer I am not as dedicated to my cause I guess. Take care..Barb
