Hey! I'm so glad you joined! SO, to get started I would do blogs regularly, just let everyone know how your feeling, what your weight-loss plan is, set some goals and post them. It keeps you accountable to start this journey! Check out the tabs up top, look at the nutrition section and learn whatever you don't know. I know when I started I totally was wrong about what I saw as "normal" eating for a day. I was like tripling calories, and alot of the time even worse than that. Look at the blogs and anyone who really strikes you....that you immediately like, just add them as a friend. The whole point of this site is to make lots of friends and to be motivated by them and when you need help or you need someone to set you straight and kick your butt...there is always someone online to say SOMETHING to you.
