Great Seal of the Cherokee Nation
David is the name of my first Grandson, not my name. Married, 2 sons, 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren. My wife and I are working together to lose our extra baggage. It's working. What good is a ripped body if you hide it under layers of Fat? I know I will never be a"Chippendale", but I do want to be the best I can be. Gone from 205 down to 170 and working to get to 165. Bulking up will be my next goal. Losing the extra weight has helped my snoring, sleep apnea, acid reflux, joint problems and garnered some compliments to both of us. Compliments are always good motivators. My wife and I are working at looking good for each other. She is looking Great.
Lose 40#, 2 more to go. Then start adding good weight.
My wife and I go to the gym 3-4 times per week. Strength training and the treadmill. I have two complete knee replacements, so these steel knees kind of limit me on the cardio side. No impact on the knees like running, jogging, jumping, etc.
George Hummingbird. Grew up in Sapulpa. Lived in Tulsa, mostly, since 1971. Physically, I'm 108, mentally 18 and chronologically in between.
I was always active in sports, Wreastling in HS, Gymnastics & Swimming in College, Soccer, Racketball, running and weights after school. Kept damaging my knees and in time they just wore out. It was really hard to be on the sidelines and not be a participant. One of these days, I'll have to accept the fact that I'm getting old, but not yet.
