Hey D, I have been gone awhile and gained weight too but I'm back now. You are doing awesome. I had to come see what you were up to. You were one of my first Spark friends. What an inspiration you are. You have been working hard.
I just wanted to pop in to see how you've been doing and I'm so pleased to see your progress. I'm sorry that you were sidelined from running. I know how frustrating that can be. It sounds like you're making progress now. Keep up the great work!
Hey girly! I'm happy to hear that you are starting to get back on track with your jogging, I know how frustrating it is when you're injured and you have that urge to get back in full throttle but you can't. It drove me nuts when I got hurt playing softball and I wanted to play at 100% but I had to force myself to tone it down so I wouldn't make things worse. Hang in there, I'm sure you'll be back on track in no time. I'm gonna try to pre-pack some snacks but I think my biggest trigger is boredom. Once I get home, I'm bored and I look at food to give me something to do. Boy, do I know that is the wrong thing to do, but it's hard to overcome, ya' know?
