My HEALTHY LIFE

I need to be healthy for MYSELF first. Plus, wearing the clothes I want to wear would be nice.

Feb. 8, 2010----I'm 2 months postpartum......need to drop over 50 lbs, most of this weight (30 lbs) is from being overweight before my first child and some from my 1st pregnancy (32 lbs)


Feb. 8, 2010 ---SW 174 lbs
GW --120 lbs is my perfect size

3/8/10 ---172.8 lbs
3/27/10 ---171.4

June 1 ---173.6 lbs (1550-1900 calories with working out 6d/wk and burning 700 per day, plus breastfeeding 2-3 times per day)

By October 1, 2010 --- hoping to loose at least 50 lbs ( NOT GOING TO HAPPEN)

If you reduce your current caloric intake to 1490.1 calories per day you will lose one pound per week without exercise.

If you increase your current caloric intake to 2490.1 calories per day, you will gain one pound per week.

CARDIO, CARDIO and MORE CARDIO 5 days/week. I believe in eating a healthy meal. I also plan on spacing out my meals and eating every 2-3 hours instead of having 3 regular meals.
