I need to be healthy for MYSELF first. Plus, wearing the clothes I want to wear would be nice.

Feb. 8, 2010----I'm 2 months postpartum......need to drop over 50 lbs, most of this weight (30 lbs) is from being overweight before my first child and some from my 1st pregnancy (32 lbs)


Feb. 8, 2010 ---SW 174 lbs
GW --120 lbs is my perfect size

3/8/10 ---172.8 lbs
3/27/10 ---171.4

Went on vacation April 23, 2010 so I fell off the wagon.


Starting back June 1, 2010

June 1 ---173.6 lbs (1550-1900 calories with working out 6d/wk and burning 700 per day, plus breastfeeding 2-3 times per day)

CARDIO, CARDIO and MORE CARDIO 5 days/week. I believe in eating a healthy meal. I also plan on spacing out my meals and eating every 2-3 hours instead of having 3 regular meals.
