Mum of two trying to get in shape for life. I live on the East Coast of Devon, just a mile and half from the sea. My Goals:
To get in shape for shape for life New Goals set 10th June 2012 1. Reach 140lb by 30th September 2012 2. Goals in 5lb Increments Start 17th March 2012 3.Exercise goal to run the whole of the seafront in less than 30 minutes (3.25 miles) On hold with PF! Current Time 40 mins New Time 36 mins 19th April 2010 New time 11th October 2010 34.5 mins New Time 9th April 2011 33mins 30secs New time 26th April 2011 33 mins 10 seconds New time 24th May 2011 32 mins and 30 seconds! 5K Times: 1st May GWR 2011 30 mins 35 seconds 7th June 2011 Michelmores 29 mins 40 secs 6th July IBR 5k 31 mins and 31 secs :( 24th July Race for Life 31 mins 2nd August Aug IBR 5k 30 mins and 50 secs 6th Sep 3rd IBR 31 m 50s - no training for 3 weeks before!
My Program:
I go to the gym 2 or 3 times a week and. I also do a spinning class and a yoga type class once a week each. Some weeks I don't quite always get it in! I also now try and cycle as much as possible - good for me and the environment and my pocket! When the children are off school we also like to do some exercise as a family like tennis or badminton.
Personal Information:
I am from Exmouth in Devon and have two daughters aged 14 and 16. They are into gym and football (soccer) trampoling netball badminton and hockey so I end up running round after them a lot I also work part time
