Hi. I lost 60 lbs about two years ago & have managed to keep most of it off. I did recently gain about 5 lbs back. So before things get out of control i'm trying to get back on track with healthy eating & daily exercise. My goal is to get down to 125 lbs, but i'm really having a hard time even losing the 5 lbs I put on.

Hello! Oh wow, you live pretty close to me! I live in Rancho Cucamonga. I'm always looking workout buddies! I imagine it's much easier when you have a support group... and I don't really know anyone who is trying to lose or maintain their weight.
