My Goals:
My main goal is portion control and eating a healthy amount of food.

I would also like to lose around 10 more pounds, though I'm content with how I look at the moment.

Last, a friend of mine and I have committed to exercising 30 minutes a day and checking in with each other to make sure we reach our goal. This should be fun!

My Program:
Tracking my food intake in the spark journal

I found my pedometer and will track my steps again.

Most importantly, I am trying to create a way of living that I can maintain over the long term.
