Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals. cut out all sugar and baked goods. As A result also got rid of medication I took for thirty years for depression. Intense bike rides. Manual yard work.

Hi my name is Dennis I have 8 grandchildren and five great grandchildren Travel to chile twice a year and florida4 or 5 times. I live in mass. and like to escape the cold periodically. Other Information:
I have many interesets for instance I read at least one or two books a week. Am a woodworker and machinist and am building a cnc machine. I play tennis badly and like to bowl. foot ball is my favorite sport and am a patriots fan

Hmmm....How to travel and keep to your diet. Depends on how you travel. By plane? train? bus? or automobile?

You've done a good job in sticking to your diet and losing the weight....and haven't much further to go to achieve it. "pat on the back for you"
