Bound and Determined

My life used to include a personal trainer three to four times a week, that all changed and now I am struggling to get motivated to do anything. Busy schedule with life in general. Finding time to do this is the biggest challenge..... It is always hardest to get going, once I start seeing results then I want to keep going. Say prayers for me.

My Goals:

I have nothing setup just yet, but will work on this.

Personal Information:
I am 41 years old and in the last 6 years haven't done much exercising. I wouldn't say that I am overweight or completely out of shape. Just not feeling like I used too but getting older is a contributing factor on that. Not an excuse, becasue there is no excuse. I will get there again ...... YES, I WILL

Other Information:
With the support, motivation and joint effort of my husband "GilwellBound" we will get through it all. With the faith in the Lord we will find our purpose.
