When you're done tracking your food for the day.... Hitting that exercise class you're too tired to go to.... When you PUT DOWN the candy bar and get a carrot ....IF you know what the word "FREGGIE" is ....YOU probably know what YOUR motivation is.

Keep it right out there in front of you EVERY DAY.

In the end, it's your motivation that makes you take one more step today.

It's your motivation that makes you forget your mistakes.

It's your motivation that keeps you going, instead of starting over.

It's your motivation that will get you to your GOAL.

Hi Diane,

For all Dad's ""Happy Father's Day""
I want to share with you a quote about Fathers'. I came across.
Fathers Quote ~ "Top Ten Favorite Sayings"

1. When I was your age..
2. A little bit of dirt never hurt anyone.
3. Go ask your Mother
4. Were you raised in a barn?
5. You don't know what hard work is.
6. It builds character.
7. Don't make me stop this car!!
8. You're grounded till you're thirty.
9. Money doesn't grow on trees.
10. Because I said so.

My Dad said ALL of these things many, many times, as I am sure your Dad did. (at least a few, anyway).
All these things bring up so, so many memories of my Dad. He passed away over 5 years ago, but there isn't a day that I do not think about him, and the special memories of him. This morning when I woke up, before I even got up, I looked up, and said "Happy Father's Day, Dad"
I hope you enjoyed this as much as I did!

Diane,
Thank you so much for your comments on my blog. What a great way to look at time and life. I know balancing never stops and I think it may be even more of a balanicing act as the kids get older. DH and I were just talking about this recently. I just need to let go and trust that God has my best! Matthew 6:25 and 34 are great verses for me right now.

25 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?

34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

Thanks again!!!
