Here it is December 2014. Since May 2010, I have: been diagnosed with ADD; my dad died; I moved my mom up from Florida and she is in a nursing home; I became a Certified Financial Coach; I've had 3 cats die; and adopted 2 healthy kittens this past July. Exercise, food and weight have all been up and down.

It's May 2009 and I'm planning a fitness week for myself the first week in June to jumpstart my last effort to lose weight. It's the last because this time, I will succeed AND keep the weight off.

My Program:
1. Journal my food

2. Eat a balanced diet of 1200-1800 calories with at least 30 grams of fiber.

3. Strength train 3x per week

4. Cardio train at least 30 minutes 3-5x per week.

Visualizing is one of the best way to see yourself as you should be healthy. I sit in my chair every morning now and see myself as I wish to be. And boy what a differences in my motivation.

First things first, the thinking emoticon can be more important then the doing?

Never heard of a home being build without plans, or even a recipe for a delicious meal.

With the thinking emoticon done you can move on to the real part, doing! ( lifestyle).
