16. Surround yourself with the possitive.

17. You are the one that sets your limitations.

18. Don't be affraid to surpass the limitations you have set.

19. You're not alone if you just let people in.

20. Everyone has their issues.

21. Don't judge others.

22. Today is always the first day of the rest of your life.

23. Explore your inner child.

24. Things are rarely as bad as they seem in your head.

25. You can't stay angry if you smile.

31. When you eat healthy food your body will learn to crave it.

32. When start to exercise your body will learn to enjoy it.

I'm hoping to find myself. To do more things and not to get winded walking up a flight of stairs. I want to have energy. I want to feel good about myself. I want to feel attractive. I want my husband to be more attracted to me. I want to go back to Prague and walk and walk. I want to walk on the Great Wall of China. I want to inspire, create, visualize and accomplish goals. I want to be a healthier version of me!
