My Goals:

My Program:
Less Calories! More Movement!....bascially. There are specifics, but thats my program. I'm holding myself accountable, everything i eat is tracked. For me, movement is not only in the gym! I love to play raquetball with my hunny! Run with my running group. Just get up early and move throughout the day! I am happier and feel better when i do! My new love is Zumba! I absolutely love to dance! I'm very happy to finally have found an exercise i actually love!
