My Goals:
1. Lose 50 lbs!

2. Become a faster, more consistent runner!

3. Fit into that dress! That bikini!

4. Knock em' dead when i visit my family again in November!

My Program:
Less Calories! More Movement!....bascially.

There are specifics, but thats my program.

I'm holding myself accountable, everything i eat is tracked.

For me, movement is not only in the gym! I love to play raquetball with my hunny! Run with my running group. Just get up early and move throughout the day! I am happier and feel better when i do!

My new love is Zumba! I absolutely love to dance! I'm very happy to finally have found an exercise i actually love!
