What Now?

Hi, I am Lori, a single mom with two kids, 16 & 7. Just bought my first house and the little one and I are loving talking evening walks around the neighborhood.

I have really bad allergies, and a lot of the reactions cause water weight gain that I can never seem to get rid of, plus the being sick all the time makes it hard to keep up the exercising.

I have really bad allergies, and a lot of the reactions cause water weight gain that I can never seem to get rid of, plus the being sick all the time makes it hard to keep up the exercising.

BUT with the new challenge of bikini bootcamp, I am working on going on anyway, no matter how tired. Or doing more on the days I am great, and less on the tired, or migrainy ones.

I also have high blood pressure that I have had since I was 25. I have been on medications for that almost since that time. Blood pressure meds are evil, they make you tired, make you cranky, lethargic. My plan is to at some point be off of them or at least lessen the amounts. However I am not getting my hopes up as I was medicated even when I weighed barely over 100 pounds.

Since I am not doing them in order since I am behind, this is my Bikini Bootcamp & Challenge Check List:

You are doing great, making progress every time you come in.

Thank you for the nice comment on my blog :) It kind of felt like I failed, when I looked at all my calories I ate and whatnot, but like I had written...I felt a little better and whatnot. Take care :)

And btw, great job on the weightloss so far :) Keep up the great work!
