I have found it difficult to achieve and maintain health goals throughout my adult life. I have always been more concerned with taking care of everyone else (still find myself thinking that way) and putting myself last. I see what that is doing to me. I am 26 and borderline obese. I LOVE healthy food, (thank GOD) but I also have such a sweet tooth. I would like to be able to treat myself, and maybe find sweets that are more weight-loss friendly. Also I am a bordom snacker. I have trained myself, over the years, to eat quickly, and not stop until I have that almost-stuffed-feeling.
I have a beautiful, 16 month son who is my night and day. I adore him. My husband is very supportive me with everything I do. He teaches me how to be a stronger woman daily. I am so thankful for him.
I know I can do this for myself. I have not a single doubt.

I love health food, but I am consistantly thinking about not over eating and eating because I'm bored. I am keeping a positive and realistic goal in mind and I know I have to work for this, but this is getting fun.
